What does it mean for students and teachers?
5th Graders,
What a fascinating conversation we had today after we watched the youtube video called Did You Know? Feel free to share it with your family by following this link:Did You Know?
The video ended with the question ” What Does it Mean?” Think about that question as you watch this next video called Technology in the Classroom: Digital Media. This video moves very quickly. Be sure to pause it as you watch so you are able to read the text. You will find the text provides the most powerful and thought provoking information.
Once you have watched it at least once, respond by commenting below. Think about the title of this post “So What Does it Mean for Students and Educators?” and then use what you watched to try and answer that question. As we study technology in the world, in our classrooms, and our homes, we are going to continually ask ourselves what it means for us as learners and citizens.
We will be discussing our thoughts tomorrow in class. I am excited to read about what you took from the Technology in the Classroom video. As always, remember to write in complete sentences, support your thinking with details and examples and edit your post!
Happy Learning!
Mrs. S.

Technology is changing our world as we know it. If we don't keep up with technology in our classrooms, students will fall behind in education.
ReplyDeleteI think that it will mean that technology will be a bigger factor then it is right now beacause it is still being invented and will continue to be invented so are lives are easier then they are now. i also think the job of students and teachers is going to be easier and make less work in school. I also think that school will not exist in a hundred years beacause technology will be so smart that what ever you want to know will be right there.
